【ログイン方法(Login method)】
〇REPメンバー様～For REP members～
GreenBoxWalletへのログインIDは、現在ROBINに登録しているメールアドレスを入力します。
登録メールアドレスが分からない方はバックオフィスにてご確認下さい。
パスワードはTRIAMのログインで使用しているパスワードを入力する事で簡単にログインすることが可能です。
For login ID to GreenBox Wallet, enter the e-mail address currently registered in ROBIN.If you do not know the registered e-mail address please check back office.
It is possible to log in easily by entering the password used for login of TRIAM for the password.
二段階認証の設定も引き継がれております。
再度設定を行う必要はございませんが、万一何かのトラブルが起こった際にはROBINカスタマーサポートまでご連絡下さい。
The two-step authentication setting has also been inherited.
